The House System was created to help foster a stronger sense of belonging towards the Faculty through the introduction of a competitive element during the various student life activities and camps. Not only that, being a part of a House will provide students with a larger group of friends and a sense of continuity that extends beyond the Orientation period.
Under the house system, each House is headed by a House Chair and his/her committee. Besides the House Chair, the House Committee also includes the Secretary, Treasurer, Camp Head and Oweek Head. The House Chair is also in charge of the administrative duties of the House, and he or she will lead the House for the whole of his term.
